The statement that Albini severed ties with the band because we signed to Capitol is misleading. The rift preceded our signing to Capitol and the reasons were more complicated. He acknowledges as much in the comments below this review.

Let the guys have their 5 minutes of fame. They have had
one hell of a ride getting there. I personally ♥ them.
No, I’m not a little kiddie, just like their music. Listen
to the 3rd album release of “Can’t Have You”. REALLY LISTEN
these guys can write mature good music. It’s all in the
LISTENING. Give it try, you just might be surprised.
